COMMUNITY PORTRAIT EVENT and DINNER

You are invited to an evening community portrait event and dinner in connection with the project's concurrent show on view in the MAAG gallery. Participants in the community portrait event will have the opportunity to create portraits following the same method, and using the same materials, as those on display in the gallery. Not only will you gain a deeper understanding of the work on view, but you will also enjoy a rare opportunity to engage in the sort of close observation which removes the scales from our eyes and heightens our ability to see and appreciate the beauty of our fellow humans. Plus a celebratory meal afterwards!
