My best inspiration often comes outdoors.

My best parenting, too, has happened in the woods--no credit to me, all credit to the woods.

So I was very happy, delighted really, to be the artist interpreting and recording a year-long collaboration between two parents, two school-aged kids, and nature. Each parent and child had a season to be the collector of favorite images from outdoor family adventures. I loved looking through their eyes and considering the personal and universal meanings in the images they chose.

For each season, each person, I made a relief print, each 8"x12" and printed over watercolor.
